This acquisition strengthens RDG’s full-service coverage across London, Kent, and Surrey and marks another important step in building a network of technically excellent, forward-thinking dental laboratories across the UK.

Founded by Derek Nightingale and Alan Besant, and later joined by Mark Grove, ADG Dental Laboratory has built an outstanding reputation over more than a decade, almost entirely through personal recommendation and word of mouth.

The transaction was completed in an exceptionally short timeframe, thanks to the collaboration and efficiency of all parties involved. RDG extends its appreciation to Faisal Dhalla of Bevan Brittan LLP, acting for Rosemont Dental Group, and Nick Richardson of Hart Solicitors, representing the vendors, whose expertise and professionalism ensured a seamless close.
